A Little About Us

Dawkins Contracting, LLC is owned and operated by Allison Dawkins (A.D.). Betty Dawkins, my wife, is an agent and  affiliate broker with Reliant Realty. Together, we have over 20 years experience in home rehabilitation, maintenance, remodeling, new construction, and buying & selling property. In addition to serving individual clients, Dawkins Contracting has also successfully collaborated on projects with MDHA, THDA, HUD, and the NHF. Dawkins Contracting, LLC is licensed and bonded with an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.
